Summary: In order to put a crimp in Jake Guzik's monopoly of being the top booze supplier in Chicago, Eliot Ness goes into the supply business himself only to run afoul with District Attorney Beecher Asbury who reads Ness the riot act for "subverting the law to uphold it."
