Apr 17, 2018Virtuous young doctors battle corrupt old doctors for the soul of a hospital--when they're not angsting around in plots familiar from a hundred other medical soaps. That's it, really. A bland show gets a bland review.

Jan 21, 2018Being in the medical field for over 27yrs I can honestly state without hesitation this is the most unrealistic representation of clinicians caring for patients. The first scene is a disgrace. Please know nurses are the ones at the bedside that save the lives of patients. I understand TV needs to sensationalize in order to obtain rating but don't degrade the medical profession.

Jan 21, 2018Just watched the 1st episode. This was perhaps the worst medical show I've seen ever. It is definitely the worst show I've seen so far in 2018. This was a failure. There's enough corrupt, jerks in the world without trying to celebrate them in a TV show about doctors.

Jan 23, 2018I had DVR's this from Sunday. I watched about 10 minutes of the Pilot and moved it to my "Must Miss" list! Another bust as far as I'm concerned!

Jan 27, 2018Initial response is that I like the show but as a critical care nurse there is multiple flaws in the patient care and such that makes the show very flawed. Is there even a qualified consultant

The conflict between doctors, which reminded me of the great 2004 BBC drama Bodies, could make for potent medical drama. But first, Conrad and his allies are going to have to come down off their soapbox. [22 Jan - 4 Feb 2018, p.13]

Painfully familiar hospital drama that starts off sloppy but improves.

If it doesn't break any new ground in the genre, it efficiently delivers a familiar mix of ethical conundrums and colorful characters, with just enough blood and sex to seem "real" in TV terms.
