Summary: When Chris learns that Detective Sean Davidson is investigating his disappearance he returns to New York with Guran in order to warn him away from the case. When Detective Davidson is shot Chris begins to investigate what happened and soon learns of the Singh Brotherhood's FLIKR technology. Still suspicious of a traitor within Bpaa-Thap Chris dons the mantle of the Phantom and sets off alone to destroy the technology. Chris then learns of the assassination attempt against Jalil Ben-David and it becomes a race against time to stop it.
