Dec 1, 2018Fine adaptation that truly captures le Carre's ambiguity towards espionage. The star power is replaced by brilliant acting.

Nov 20, 2018The first "night" (the first 2.5 hours or so) have been highly intriguing. It's not quite as tough to follow as most John Le Carre stories are. Certainly better than Tinker Tailor.... that put me to sleep instantly. The young female lead is really good, as is Eric Northman.

Jan 25, 2021Foreign settings & the moral ambiguity of espionage, the backbone of a le Carre novel are all decently covered in this adaption.
It is Pugh's show , as she proves to be one finest talents of her generation.
