Summary: Jack receives a court summons because his rooster is bothering the neighbors. He consults a loopy lawyer, Frank Nelson, who says he learned law by watching Perry Mason. His advice to Jack is to plead insanity.
Jack returns home and finds Don and a Hawaiian woman doing the hula for the State Farm commercial.
