    The Family Stallone is mainly a harmless reality distraction. But it’s not going to give much insight into Sly’s life with his family. So if that’s what you’re looking for, you’re going to be disappointed.

    They all seem perfectly lovely and could very well have enough going on to sustain the show and build strong personal brands, but they are so keen to portray themselves as the perfect loving family that it begins to get deeply weird.

    What stops this from being a soullessly cynical enterprise is the sheer likeability of Stallone himself, and the fact that the family plainly adore one another.
