This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. this show is quite dark but, many great lessons about morality and mental health issues
the serial killer man had some serious issues, but the show really plays the devil’s advocate and makes the viewers question, “are psychopaths born or created?” in this case, i honestly felt for the serial killer, though he did many terrible things and i feel so bad for the victims and their families as well. but this series felt very down to earth, with the harsh realities shown, and it seemed to really show the viewers what magnitude of damage child sexual abuse/witnessing mother’s suicide can do. its honestly one of the most
terrible things a child can go through, and i was so glad that the fall wasnt based on some true story. that would have quite literally broken my heart. i wish the serial killer paid the price and had justice served to him instead of him killing himself at the end. but again, the show was very realistic. we often see people who’ve done terrible crimes kill themselves. this show incited a lot of thoughts and reflection in my head.
