    This TV show is getting a bit worse every season, it's inevitably drifting from something that at least had some references to actual nerd lifestyle to a soap-opera with a few science trivia every now and then.

    The worst thing, is that while i never apprieciated some thing of this show (like the fake-laughs, the forced rythm, and the hidden advertising of stuff) Some of them are getting    This TV show is getting a bit worse every season, it's inevitably drifting from something that at least had some references to actual nerd lifestyle to a soap-opera with a few science trivia every now and then.

    The worst thing, is that while i never apprieciated some thing of this show (like the fake-laughs, the forced rythm, and the hidden advertising of stuff) Some of them are getting constantly worse, to the point that now the whole thing almost looks like a 20mins commercial of a few different things. They don't ever miss a chance to advertise amazon prime, apple and a bunch of other things, and they are doing constantly more of that, to the point that it became invasive, annoying, and obviously not funny.

    It was a fresh and fun idea 12 seasons ago, even with its flaws, but now i think that only someone who grew fond of the characters may actually endure watching what it has became, the editors are still trying to come up with jokes, and they succeed sometimes with some good ones, but all of them seems feel kinda forced or already heard, and the whole thing lost its original spirit.    … Expand

    I've watched three episodes so far, and I am not impressed. This season appears to be even worse than seasons 10 and 11, a feat I would have though impossible six months ago. But there it is.

    In a way it is good that this show is being brought to a close. Mr Lorre seems to have run out of fresh ideas about three or four seasons ago. Now it is just a matter of watching the    I've watched three episodes so far, and I am not impressed. This season appears to be even worse than seasons 10 and 11, a feat I would have though impossible six months ago. But there it is.

    In a way it is good that this show is being brought to a close. Mr Lorre seems to have run out of fresh ideas about three or four seasons ago. Now it is just a matter of watching the slow-motion crash come to a conclusion.

    I'm going to continue to watch this season, hoping it rallies to some manner of a good series finale.

    I've taken this off my DVR's "todo" list. No sense recording a show that I no longer enjoy. I'm not watching this anymore, contrary to what I said ^^up there^^.

    Season 12 has diminished from a nerdy "Friends copycat" (seasons 8, 9, 10, 11) to an unfunny low-grade soap opera with an overbearing laugh track. I mean, really, when the producers need to tell you that loudly and intrusively where the funny spots of the show should be, well, something major is wrong.

    The odd thing is that, in spite of the number of times I have seen the episodes, I still enjoy watching seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 when they show up on TBS.

    I watched the series finale. It was definitely a few notches better than what I had seen of season 12. The actors and actresses actually seemed to be "into" their roles, something I'd not seen since season 7 or so. Seasons 10, 11, and 12, the actresses and actors were mostly cardboard cutouts reading lines, any acting seemed to be done with banal boredom.

    I do have to give congratulations to Mr Lorre, though. He managed to pull in the viewing audiences for 12 seasons.

    I'm still watching the reruns of the first six seasons (season six starts the downslide, though), will even be purchasing the Bluray discs of those seasons.

    So, the 12th season premiere continues to be just as anti-funny as the last... 5 seasons or more. Good riddance its ending. I think the moment it stopped being funny is when the guys found girlfriends, oh well, i guess its OK to watch while sitting on the toilet.

    There’s still enough to like about this show for me to watch, but it only winks at the nerd culture and doesn’t take the deep dive into true nerdom anymore. I suppose the characters had to develop and mature, but the crazy fun is gone. Will miss this show but it’s probably a good thing it is ending.

    season 12 is not over yet , but i can surely say that the big bang theory will break it's own record to be the worst tv show ever made.

    every tv show's last season is when the show wraps the story up and perhaps shows a few story twists, but unfortunately the big bang theory doesn't have a story in the first place to wrap it up for that matter. this show always had a lazy story that    season 12 is not over yet , but i can surely say that the big bang theory will break it's own record to be the worst tv show ever made.

    this show always had a lazy story that didn't have any surprises, every season that passes by, just another one of lead characters gets married , or the already married ones will have a baby , and i believe this season's story will be summarized into raj marrying some woman or leonard and penny will have a baby , there is no mystery in this show AT ALL.

    the worse thing is , even if we can ignore the fact that it has an extremely poor story we can't deny that it's characters are the worst this season .

    the characters have the most distance from being a human , in a moment they are expressing their love to someone , and one millisecond later they make fun of that someone , i think we should call them transformers , they suddenly turn from a romantic/sentimental human , to a heartless robot.

    in every other normal and valid tv show(unlike this disaster) , each character has a specific role , someone is funny , someone is romantic etc... , but in the big bang theory EVERYBODY IS THE SAME.
    everybody is funny , everybody is romantic , nobody is unique , they are just duplicates of a miserabely made character template .

    in the early seasons wolowitz was recognized as the funny one , but as you can see now , penny , leonard , amy and all of them make jokes , pull pranks on one another from time to time.

    the writers literally do whatever they want , they don't bother themselves to write specifically for a character , they just write their poor jokes and assign it randomly to a character.

    i am not a person who exhaggerates , but i absolutely cannot give more than 0 stars , this season is a disaster like seasons 8,9,10,11.    … Expand

    This show continues to give stupendous performances and spectacular comedy. So sad this will be the last season.

    Ostatni sezon to porażka. Leonarda i Peny kompletnie nic nie łączy. Są najbardziej wkurzającą parą serialową ostatniej dekady.
    Niestety ale serial po szóstym sezonie zaczął się staczać. To co wyróżniało go na tle innych znikło bezpowrotnie. Już nie posłuchamy geekowskich rozważań, które rozumieją tylko inni geeki.
    Byłem ogromnym fanem tego serialu ale po odcinku w którym Penny wynajmuje    Ostatni sezon to porażka. Leonarda i Peny kompletnie nic nie łączy. Są najbardziej wkurzającą parą serialową ostatniej dekady.
