Summary: The Teletubbies crawl through the arch in Home Hill and watch Alex Pascall and some children sing "Handy Hands". A pair of mittens appears in Teletubbyland and Tinky Winky does a special dance wearing them. Then it's Po's turn to wear the mittens on her hands. She does a special dance too.
