    Took a great season 1 and cookie cuttered the thing until there are just crumbs. Shame, really.

    It is indeed better than 90% of what is available elsewhere. However, given thant all Netflix, Hulu, Amazon et al shows are algo-generated programs destined to the lowest common denominator, it's not hard to raise above the fray. As -only- one professional critic pointed out, season 3 has turned into a fast-paced soap opera with cleverly written banter that highschool kids wish they couldIt is indeed better than 90% of what is available elsewhere. However, given thant all Netflix, Hulu, Amazon et al shows are algo-generated programs destined to the lowest common denominator, it's not hard to raise above the fray. As -only- one professional critic pointed out, season 3 has turned into a fast-paced soap opera with cleverly written banter that highschool kids wish they could come up with this other than saying f*** every 5 seconds (in the show it's only every 30 seconds). It has nothing to do with the reality of a corporate world or jet-setting elite (which writers at least tried to protray in season 1 or 2). It's just a better version of Billions.… Expand

    It is not that bad but previous seasons were better. Does anyone has the same view that the action doesn't go anywhere in season 3?

    A captivating nine-part struggle for power, season three is a near-perfect return for the critically acclaimed Succession, which never fails to remind you that your own family aren’t actually that bad when compared to the imploding Roys.

    Armstrong and his writers channel gloriously profane prose through each of them, ensuring that even the meanest, Roman, has a trickster's charm about him while the least – that would be Tom (Matthew Macfadyen) and cousin Greg (Nicholas Braun) – retain their humanity....
