A terrible show with cliched cop show moments, terrible dialogue, wooden acting and has your occasional murder porn vibe. Dylan McDermont and Maggie Q have awful chemistry on screen, which seems to have their talents wasted. A horribly forgettable show. Don't watch it!

Watching this show is like watching two actors who hate each other in real life try their hardest, and fail, to keep it offscreen. There is no chemistry at all between the leads, or any other characters for that matter. The series has yet to produce a compelling villain and, instead, gives us more of an obsessed schoolboy grown up, but none the wiser for his many failures. The cliches abound and the dialogue is most painful when Beth and Jack spitball psychobabble back and forth like they're selecting from a menu of labels. For a series so heavily invested in pretending to psychoanalyze the motivations behind stalking behavior, not a single instance of that can be found. They throw fake psych diagnoses around and that's the extent of it. The show definitely reeks of something, but it's not so much misogyny as it is a complete misunderstanding of the subject material. The strange thing to me is that the show seems to have all the pieces there, but so woefully misuses them that it should be criminal. Expand

"Stalker" is garbage. It's irrelevant, exploitive, and stupid. CBS, good job--you've managed to undermine women. Pat on the back. Go to hell Stalker. The virtually unknowable hell.

Cliche cop procedural with murder porn voyeuristic vibe. Dylan and Maggie are fine but otherwise their talents are wasted in highly forgettable show. What does CBS have against women?

Are you a stalker of stalker TV, every week there are more victims.

The male police investigator, but how did he get that job, is stalking his divorced restraining ordered family.

This show is awful requiring institutional commitment..

Nothing intuitive or intriguing gained here.

To quote The Huffington Post's Maureen Ryan, "this shoddy program is nothing more than exploitative, misogynist trash." I'm shocked CBS would be so vile to release it to the public.

While some people may be offended by the story lines within this show, my problem with it has definitely been with the main characters. Its hard to tell if this show is attempting to be scary or not. Its really just any cliché TV show of the modern 2000s. It wasn't worth watching, and had no scare factor at all. A poor effort for a horror/thriller TV show.

It is pessimism at its worst. "Stalker" has reached the end of its run on CBS. I thought it was done when they stopped it's rotation after episode 17. But the cancellation was announced and then the last three were aired-- which is highly unusual.

"Stalker" is being shopped around and may find new life on another channel. It's not that "Stalker" is a horrible show. I do like the interaction of the core characters--

I do like the interaction of the core characters-- Beth/Michelle, Jack, Janice, Ben and Vicky. I think the actors did a great job with what they were given. It's just in its current format, there's not enough to keep me coming back regularly. The stories are often very cookie cutter and the culprits are easy to determine. And the 22 episode per season format allows too much time for filler that goes nowhere.

Stalker is a manipulative piece of shock with no dramatic value, weak writing and characters you won’t want to get invested in.

It's another CBS fear-mongering crime series whose end goal is to make you so scared to go outside that you stay in and watch CBS shows that make you scared to go outside.
