I really enjoy every episode of this new series, it keeps me hooked. The actors are good, the plot is awesome, it looks very promising. I hope they won't cancel it, as they do with all the good tv series.

I don't understand why everyone hates this show so much.
After seeing the first to episodes i must say, i kinda like it.
It's a little different, more creepy and darker then most crime/detective shows.
It reminds me of criminal minds (what is one of my favorite shows)
There are only to episodes so far but i think this has potential.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. You know what? I really enjoyed this. The fact that we get to see both sides of the stalker, in Maggie Q - Stalked, and McDermott - Stalker (both unrelated). Their characters don't click at first (haven't we seen that somewhere already CBS?) yet they make us intrigued to the story and chemistry. Each case is different and how they handle each case is unique to other crime dramas, it is similar to Criminal Minds in that they profile, yet Stalker handles it differently - all about the action and reaction. I wouldn't miss this Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I thought this show was well written until the latest episode (ep 17). This was the worst written episode ever. It was far too predictable. (SPOILER ALERT) why would they send Beth home before they captured Ray? Why would that idiot open the door to speak with the officer outside when he knows that Ray is crazy and on the loose? Why did Beth have to do the predictable thing and have to "go change clothes"? I was very disappointed. I had this show rated at a 10, but because of this episode, that put it at an 8. Expand

It will be interesting to see how well the show manages to keep things unpredictable, given the all-too-commonplace crime procedural format, which makes up a good half of CBS shows as it is. But Williamson’s track record with this sort of thing is solid enough, so I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now. i want to see a season 2.

I like that it has a slightly dark feeling to it--especially the deeper into the season they made it. Not everything was cleanly finished or neatly wrapped up at the end of each episode--people die, there is a storyline that carries throughout the season, coming to a boil right at the season's end. There was a wicked cliffhanger leaving everyone wanting to know answers. I think CBS would be doing a disservice to themselves and the fan-base that, I believe, developed as the season caught its stride. Not that CBS cares about my opinion...I mean, they've got another CSI to put on the air, so who needs original ideas... Expand

I don't know what y'all are thinking... This show was epic in its first season, aside from the lamest season finally I've ever seen, this show was always enticing, always kept you on edge, had just enough twists in it and kept you wanting more from the first episode. I for one can't NOT wait for season two....

A terrible show with cliched cop show moments, terrible dialogue, wooden acting and has your occasional murder porn vibe. Dylan McDermont and Maggie Q have awful chemistry on screen, which seems to have their talents wasted. A horribly forgettable show. Don't watch it!

Watching this show is like watching two actors who hate each other in real life try their hardest, and fail, to keep it offscreen. There is no chemistry at all between the leads, or any other characters for that matter. The cliches abound and the dialogue is most painful when Beth and Jack spitball psychobabble back and forth like they're selecting from a menu of labels. For a series so heavily invested in pretending to psychoanalyze the motivations behind stalking behavior, not a single instance of that can be found. They throw fake psych diagnoses around and that's the extent of it. The show definitely reeks of something, but it's not so much misogyny as it is a complete misunderstanding of the subject material. The strange thing to me is that the show seems to have all the pieces there, but so woefully misuses them that it should be criminal. Expand

I find it difficult to understand the ridiculously low metacritic score for Stalker. The average user score in my opinion more accurately reflects the worth of this show, and the massive difference of opinion between viewers and critics is fascinating.

I do like the interaction of the core characters-- Beth/Michelle, Jack, Janice, Ben and Vicky. I think the actors did a great job with what they were given. It's just in its current format, there's not enough to keep me coming back regularly. The stories are often very cookie cutter and the culprits are easy to determine. And the 22 episode per season format allows too much time for filler that goes nowhere.
