I have somewhat of a guilty pleasure for this show, the animation is bad, yeah, and the writing is, okay, and that is all the bad things I can think to say about this show really, Sonic himself is how you'd expect him to be from Adventures and SATAM, and Sonia & Manic are characters exclusive to this show and have never appeared outside of Sonic Underground, but they are written ok too I suppose. I'm not sure about Robotnik's voice actor, Robotnik looks like how he did in SATAM but doesn't have the menacing voice from it which seems odd to me.
The backgrounds look detailed and the designs of the characters I am mixed on, but the animation can get so lazy to the point where its distracting, take the episode "Friend or Foe" for example, the character Knuckles in it more specifically, when we first see him he looks well drawn and animated nicely too, but throughout the episode it seems like the animators just got lazier as it shows, by the end of the episode Knuckles looks really, off.
Overall its, mediocre, but I like it, could have been much better if they put more time into the animation and writing.… Expand

Enjoyed it when I was young not any more quite boring episodes were not that enjoyable good for young kids though

Most People Like It Because Of The Nostalgia But When You Remove the nostalgia goggles you can see its flaming garbage
