Summary: Red Eye, Kowl's evil cousin, offers his services to Hordak. Hordak accepts when he discovers that Shadow Weaver can enable Red Eye to read Kowl's mind if the bird brings the witch some of his cousin's feathers. When Red Eye does so, Kowl leaves the Rebellion believing he's a threat to his friends; but the bigger threat is the Valley of theRed Eye, Kowl's evil cousin, offers his services to Hordak.
