Thank goodness for Metacritic, I love this show, patrick warburton, david spade are hilarious, the critics don't like it because it is not a politically correct sitcom, the males are like grown college men, Spade routinely uses women for nothing more that sex, there is no central character that is gay, many of the jokes are smack downs, insults about girly men, women, etc. I LOVE IT!Thank goodness for Metacritic, I love this show, patrick warburton, david spade are hilarious, the critics don't like it because it is not a politically correct sitcom, the males are like grown college men, Spade routinely uses women for nothing more that sex, there is no central character that is gay, many of the jokes are smack downs, insults about girly men, women, etc. I LOVE IT! Obviously the fans have it right, I hope this show rockets up the charts in its 5th season because my old favorite "Two and a half men" stinks without crazy Charlie Sheen, Ashton Kutcher is a wuss! I don't understand why critics hate this show. My second favorite show on TV (second to the office of course). This is the only show on TV that actually makes me laugh out loud.

maybe not the most engrossing show, but its good. i even laughed out loud a time or two. the big guy is the reason to watch the show. david spade and the other guy are not horrible in the show although there not particularly great either. given the chance i think this comedic team might grow on me.

You know as I get older and am very busy, It is nice to set down at night and get a laugh from a tv show that mirrors life. I think show brings a different kind of comedy feel. I think the show is well written and the characters fit perfectly to the script. I hope it will continue to be played.

I'm actually downloading this show after spotting the trailers a few months ago on YouTube. I agree with most in that Patrick Warburton is definitely the glue that holds it together. In Australia we appreciate a dry sense of humour which probably explains why Patrick and David Spade are well liked. In a lot of cases, it does take time for sitcoms to generate a following. For viewers to get a chance to get used to them and for the actors to get comfortable with each other (and their characters). I agree it's not ground breaking like Seinfeld was, but for a half-hour comedy show with a few good laughs and good cast, it's definitely not the worst show ever conceived. I'll continue to download and view each show, as I've become a bit of a fan. I hope the TV moguls (Eddie McGuire are you listening) in Australia buy this one. Expand

This show is hilarious! My sides hurt after I get done watching it. I think the "professionals" who review these shows should just quit rather than babble about how much they hate it. And I'm not sure what show "Matthew Gilbert of the Boston Globe" is talking about when he says that "TV comedy is getting good again" and he gave this show a 0. Doesn't make sense to me!

I miss this show! Excellent cast, funny funny stuff. PLEASE DON'T CANCEL! Seems every time a good show comes along (and they are few and far between these days) it gets cancelled before it has a chance to create a following. Give this one a chance!

Not the best show of the year. But it was very funny. It was dark enough to add some character not seen in many comedies this year. I'd not place it in that top teir (The office, How I met your mother) of sitcoms, but definitely in the second teir with (Earl, The Class and New adventures of Old Christine)

Here's the problem: Although some very funny scenes with the guys on the show, the writers seem to have forgotten to write personalities for the female characters. OK, so it's not as realistic as 2 and a Half Men... whatever. As someone who's been married for 8 years, I can definitely relate to Warburton's character. The whole premise of the show may make it difficult to continue...provided that relationships should develop and the dynamics will change. But in the meantime, I like it!

Definitely don't agree with the critics on this one. The show is funny and entertaining. I don't know what they based their criticism on, but it's definitely not as bad as they say!
