Summary: Iris volunteers to help Mr. Mummbles create new rides for his theme park. But they both have different ideas. Iris thinks that a ride should be thrilling, while Mr. Mummbles believes that a ride should make people laugh. So, they decide to each make their own ride and let the ride experts (Frank, Len and Poe) decide which one's the best.
