Summary: Fight 1: S3 Vs Plunderbird
The Plunderbird team said that Plunderbird 5 was the robot that was going to win. At the beginning of the fight, they pushed the hammer-head shark like robot around the arena into the CPZ. However, S3's vertical disc was already causing major damage to Plunderbird. Eventually, Plunderbird stopped moving. S3'sFight 1: S3 Vs Plunderbird
The Plunderbird team said that Plunderbird 5 was the robot that was going to win. At the beginning of the fight, they pushed the hammer-head shark like robot around the arena into the CPZ. However, S3's vertical disc was already causing major damage to Plunderbird. Eventually, Plunderbird stopped moving. S3's disc ripped up Plunderbird's armor and disintegrating it like tin foil. Eventually the wheels fell off. Plunderbird was no more. They were flipped through the air next to the Pit and were out. S3 goes through.

Fight 2: Stinger (Seated 5th) Vs Hippobotomus
The Hippobotomus robot was built out of a hippo-shaped sand box. Because of its plastic construction, the only damage they tried to cause to Stinger was to themselves. Stinger pounded Hippobotomus again and again. The Hippo was falling apart. Dead Metal then sliced through the Hippo's cover. The fight went to the judges who decided Stinger to go through. The girl on the Hippobotomus team (She used to have the sand box) was sad because they had lost. STINGER WILL PAY!!

Fight 3: General Carnage Vs Guzunderbot
This fight didn't last very long. All the General had to do was get underneath Guzunderbot and flip them over. Guzunderbot couldn't self-right, so the General effortlessly flipped them out of the arena. General Carnage is through to the next round.

Fight 4: Mousetrap (Seeded 20) Vs Shredder
Mousetrap's ultra fast trap mechanism was working very accurately in this fight. They hit Shredder fast and hard and everything in between. Shredder pressed the Pit release. Mousetrap hit them again and Shredder (rather stupidly) reversed into the Pit. Mousetrap goes through.

Round 2

Fight 5: Stinger Vs General Carnage
The General had a very good spiked flipper, painted go-o-l-ld. However, a few flips were nothing if you were up against Stinger, who simply blew them off. Stinger kept pounding on the General until eventually the power link popped out. General Carnage was counted out, flipped and pitted.

Fight 6: Mousetrap Vs S3
Mousetrap's axe arm immediately grabbed hold of S3. Both robots were then stuck together. S3's blade was tangled in Mousetrap's spring. Mousetrap couldn't free their arm. Refbot freed them at last. Mousetrap axed S3 again. With 4 seconds remaining S3 slammed into Mousetrap's side, ripping off an entire side panel! That damage allowed S3 to move on to the Heat Final.

Final: Stinger Vs S3
S3's T-shaped design had an angle so cool that Stinger could not penetrate them. S3's blade slammed into Stinger's tire. Stinger stopped moving. Damn, the Grand Finalist was counted out and pushed onto the floor flipper. Stinger went flying through the air. The impact from the landing got Stinger moving again. But, sorry man, it was too late! They were no longer the #5 seeds as S3 moves on to the semis.… Expand
