Summary: Alan is happy for his relationship with his son, but it's becoming clear that having "retired," David has next to no aspirations. His dad decides to take matters into his own hands. Thinking that David's problem is a matter of self-confidence, he arranges a number of job interviews for David. Things get worse as David fails one after another.
