Summary: The Oasis is an eclectic little place. The walls are covered with originals from famous artists, but the chairs come from furniture sales. The owner, Francis, only was able to do small repairs to keep the place running, but knows that it really needs some major work. Hopefully Restaurant Makeover will be up to the challenge.
