Jul 10, 2021So incredibly rushed, so incredibly boring, so incredibly pointless. This has failed in all fronts. The few references to re4 were nice, but with 4 episodes each 25 min long it’s hard not to feel like this entire story was rushed and should have been longer. So disappointed. Claire is barely even In this thing. I just can’t believe how let down I was by this

Jul 12, 2021Dont know why some people have an issue with this.. I heard it offended some sjw activists for having a riot in one episode. But if you tske oversensitivity out if it, this is a pretty cool RE story and a good set up for a second season. There was some insanes Bio weopens and a few interesting personal stories and amazing cgi..

Jul 15, 2021It looks like it was written by a child. Every scene ends with an explosion. Starts to get funny in a bad way. Then it is just sadness. Infinity Sadness should it be called.

Jul 12, 2021I loved it. You notice right away that the series is from capcom. The CGI looks remarkably good and the series is very exciting. However, I would have preferred the series to be released as a movie due to its length.

Infinite Darkness is doing its own thing. Unfortunately, that thing isn’t terribly compelling, given all the study prep Infinite Darkness expects viewers to do.
-
There’s a lot to dig in here in how Americanized propaganda finds itself even in Japanese-made survival horror franchises, and how China is consistently portrayed as a squalid hive of villains, but Infinite Darkness has a barrier to entry due to its heavy reliance on a preexisting investment in the greater Resident Evil series.

Rather than giving video game fans what they want or ignoring video game fans and just doing what Paul W.S. Anderson wants, it seems like the team behind Infinite Darkness just disregarded everybody and found some room in the Resident Evil canon where they could tell a story about government conspiracies and zombie-related PTSD and lovable pretty boy Leon Kennedy. ... But freeing itself from those expectations has resulted in a TV show that, while far from a masterpiece, exceeds most expectations of a video game adaptation.
