Too bad its take on issues like privacy and feminism is kiddiepool shallow.
-
The first episode, on the subject of privacy, isn’t bad, as infotainment goes.... but once you click on the second episode--about feminism--the walls cave in.
-
Underneath the lively shape-shifting surface, there are just new depths of irritation waiting to be plumbed. There are banal insights on issues such as privacy, feminism, and sex.

Perhaps for fear of alienating people who don’t agree with her, McCain presents as many aspects of a topic as she can, offering up factoids and interviews without context or heft, giving viewers little bits of information about way too much. This strategy gets ludicrous in the second episode, about feminism.
