    'Preacher' starts this new season with an awesome opening 'Grindhouse' style and keeps getting funnier and crazier which, in the long run, only sets it as one of a kind.

    So far so good, keeps what's great about the first season, very stylish, funny and has good action sequences. Hopefully will progress faster than last season.

    Preacher has really found it's footing this season and has improved upon it's first. The story has been engaging and thrilling and each episode has showcased unique direction and fun writing. The show is also not afraid to go all out - the stuff with Jesus this season was insane and brilliant. The returning characters continue to entertain - particularly Cassidy who is just awesome toPreacher has really found it's footing this season and has improved upon it's first. The new characters are also great, particularly Herr Starr, with the job-interview montage involving him is one of my favourite TV scenes in a long time. The stuff in Hell was also really creative and cool. I'm really looking forward to Season 3 which is looking to be even better than this Season.… Expand

    The season was very good at the beginning, but with the appearance of new characters the second season of the series Preacher lost momentum and stopped surprising. It's still a good series, but you can see the director's changes and the weak moments. I hope the next one will raise the bar.

    Preacher season 2 is shaping up to be just as good as the first. With plenty of great moments, so many great characters, and gallons of blood, this season is sure to be a hit with both critics and fans.

    Horrible retelling of the Preacher Ip. Has pretty much nothing to do with the story short of the names on the characters. The racism is a bit much too. I figure it could be overlooked if it was just once but every single episode perpetuates the racism. When will they learn race changing characters is appropriation and really really gross.

    SEASON 02: It was like last week I saw season 1, good to see the proceeding. Yeah, the story moves on, but it was totally different than the first. The initial setup was a road trip, then in the middle of the season, it settled down where the remaining story took place. After knowing the god is missing, Jesse the preacher along with his two friends    Tales from hell and earth!

    SEASON 02:

    It was like last week I saw season 1, good to see the proceeding. Yeah, the story moves on, but it was totally different than the first. The initial setup was a road trip, then in the middle of the season, it settled down where the remaining story took place.

    After knowing the god is missing, Jesse the preacher along with his two friends embark to find him in various places. They come close yet unreachable. Besides, they go through a lot. A lot of obstacles, particularly the Saint of Killers was the most interesting aspect. Then there's an old man who adds the other interesting fact. Don't believe how he had ended, because they did not show that shot properly. So expect a surprise in the follow up.

    On the other side of the tale, there's hell. Eugene, who has been stuck in the hell reveals his side of the struggle. He meets the most recognised historical figure. I mean in the hell, who could be it. I thought this perspective was unnecessary, but it made sense as the overall season was unfolded, Especially when it had ended, it left a big clue what might come in the next season. That would be a great clash, can't wait for it.

    On paper, this season's basic plot seems silly, but they have turned it awesomely. Not as good as the first, yet still enjoyable. There were many surprises, that keeps the viewers hooked, episode after episode. Those who like Tulip might not be happy how the season had ended, particularly for her, but who know what might come in the next. So finger crossed and looking forward to it.

    2 сезон меня порадовал. Появились смешные шутки, новые персонажи и больше интересных и абсурдных ситуаций. Пожалуй одно из лучших продолжений сериалов на мой взгляд. Жду 3 сезон...

    Muitos apontam que a primeira temporada é mais consistente que a segunda temp,mas eu discordo,pois a série mostra ao que veio a partir da segunda temporada. Isso faz com que todos os episódios dessa segunda temporada não sejam "fillers".

    Season 2 opened with the preacher and his friends on a road trip, figuratively and literally in search of God, who’s gone missing. As metaphor and as entertainment, it’s everything you look for in a summer diversion.

    Life is cheap in Preacher, and the action is as mordantly hilarious as the humor is obscene. The soundtrack, too, is utilized to highly ironic effect.

    It's heavily serialized and yet the hours are pleasantly episodic, bridged by cliffhangers. It feels like a TV series, which isn't always how the show felt last year. Preacher also feels visually smoother.
