Summary: Ash receives his Alola region Pokédex, which is actually inhabited by the Pokémon Rotom. Eager to try it out, Ash and friends venture out into the forest. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has also arrived in Alola under orders from Giovanni. Both groups separately run into the same Mimikyu. Ash tries to capture it in battle with Pikachu, but ofAsh receives his Alola region Pokédex, which is actually inhabited by the Pokémon Rotom. Eager to try it out, Ash and friends venture out into the forest. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has also arrived in Alola under orders from Giovanni. Both groups separately run into the same Mimikyu. Ash tries to capture it in battle with Pikachu, but of course Team Rocket interrupts them and tries to steal all their Pokémon. A wild Bewear arrives on scene and interrupts their attempt by carrying Jessie and James off into the woods. Meowth tells Mimikyu it needs to help him save the others and carries it off after them.
