Summary: Adriana and David's wedding will feature an Old World Spanish theme, set against the backdrop of a bold beach sunset. The affair begins with a 35-person rehearsal dinner, featuring a Mexican feast. Their ceremony will take place at Saint Stephen's Catholic Church in historic Monterey Park. The affair begins with a 35-person rehearsal dinner, featuring a Mexican feast. Their ceremony will take place at Saint Stephen's Catholic Church in historic Monterey Park. The church will be accented with flower balls in yellows, aquas and light orange, while the aisle will be lined with iron pedestals holding pompoms of roses, hydrageas, calle lillies and orchids. Ribbons of orchids will rest on the pastor's tables while the bride and groom's chairs will be adorned with flower garlands. A twelve-member Mariachi band will serenade guests as they enter the church. The bride will be dressed in a $6,000 mermaid style Kenneth Poole strapless satin dress with silver beading, as well as a $1200 custom designed tiara of Swarovski crystals and satin ribbon. During the cocktail hour at the historic Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, California, guests will be entertained by a trio of acoustic guitars playing romantic ballads, and will enjoy trays of Spanish foods. As the reception begins, a 15-person chorus line will welcome guests through the grand entrance, where they will find a room filled with Venetian glass chandeliers, sculpted ceilings and a wall of glass looking out to the Pacific Ocean. Tables will be dressed in custom made floor length buttercup satin linens with aqua napkins, and will be surrounded by gold chairs. Royal blue candles surrounded by miniature vases will provide romantic lighting. As the celebration continues, the couple will perform the Tango in custom made costumes and with a crystal lasso! After a fabulous dinner, a candy bar filled with Mexican sweets will be unveiled, along with an outrageous five-tier wedding cake adorned with seashells of white chocolate, custom made by the renowned Cake Divas.
