Summary: Nicole and Ryan have opted for an ultra-modern South Beach wedding, combined with a "City Garden" theme. Prior to the big day, the couple will take their guests on a $50,000 dinner cruise! The ceremony will take place poolside before sunset, where Nicole will walk down a green grass aisle adorned with rose petals, glass cylinders, tulipsNicole and Ryan have opted for an ultra-modern South Beach wedding, combined with a "City Garden" theme. Prior to the big day, the couple will take their guests on a $50,000 dinner cruise! The ceremony will take place poolside before sunset, where Nicole will walk down a green grass aisle adorned with rose petals, glass cylinders, tulips and candles. Her gown, modeled after Sandra Bullock's and from world-renowned designer Angel Sanchez, will include a chapel train and cathedral-length veil. Capturing the grand event will be celebrity photographer Riccis Valladares, who shot the wedding of Heidi Klum and Seal, among others. Afterwards, guests will head to the night-club at the Ritz-Carlton for the reception, where they will be greeted with a special signature drink - "smoking" berry champagne, created with dry ice. The room itself will be draped with soft white fabric and lighted with a deep plum blue color, all topped off with an illuminated ice bar and water fountain. The tablescapes include mirrored boxes filled with exotic flowers and candles creating a 3-D look, while the escort cards are hung from a sparkling wall dramatically lit with purple lighting. A popular band, costing a pretty $16,500 will keep the crowd entertained.
