Summary: Leslie holds her first town hall meeting about the park and to build support Leslie and the sub-committee go canvassing around Pawnee. Tom uses his charm to questionably recruit some local businessmen hoping to gain favors. After Leslie alienates some local residents she filibusters her own meeting to prevent a vote by her detractors.
