Whether it will sustain as a weekly TV show or whether it would work better as an occasional random 10 minutes of dinner conversation remains to be seen.

Truth is, there's not terribly much to dislike about Opportunity Knocks, a kinder, gentler version of Fox's "Moment of Truth" in which families win by having their members answer not unreasonable questions about one another. There's not much to get excited about, either.

Ultimately, it's harmless but pretty stupid, which generally describes most of actor-producer Ashton Kutcher's forays into primetime.

It's a cute, generally uplifting concept but I'm not sure it will work.

As it is, Opportunity looks to be just another blown opportunity--unless producers Ashton Kutcher, JD Roth and company listen to me, that is.
