Season 1 Review:
This doc sets itself apart by honoring and respecting the victims of the incident while never losing its gripping true crime charm. .... The constant back-and-forth of the investigation with each new piece of evidence brought to light gets you to wonder what truly happened, even if you already know.

Season 1 Review:
I’m not convinced there isn’t a stronger version that runs the length of a feature film, rather than four hour-long episodes. Having said that, I walked away from a series about a case that I thought I knew well with a much stronger sense of who Xana, Maddie, Ethan, and Kaylee were as people. And that matters.
