    Visually this show is a migrane with music. The number of fast cut camera shots makes it incredibly difficult to focus on, there is barely a second to see something and the camera cuts away for example during the 'catwalk section' which is the main point of the show barely 6 seconds are allocated to see the finished article. There is also no time allocated to the intricacies of the makingVisually this show is a migrane with music. There is also no time allocated to the intricacies of the making of the clothes such as you would see in shows such as the Great British Sewing Bee, instead the presenters prefer to shout the names of random celebrities saying' I can see such and such wearing this' cue tearful faces at the very mention of a celebrity name being associated with the garment. The usual back stories are covered along the typical 'people told me I would never design clothes, look at me now' variety in common with every other reality show. The presenters are well out of their depth and considering how shallow the depth this is a remarkable achievement. All in all a poor and tired copy of other shows which do this kind of thing so much better.… Expand

    It works a treat. It’s just tense enough, and just gripping enough, to warrant a binge-watch. And after a dizzying first instalment – 18 contestants really is a lot of people – it starts to settle, and we get the back stories of the participants, and their reasons for being where they are today.
