Jan 4, 2022Just as good as season 1 if not a bit better. Maleks acting of the Eliot character is sublime and even surpasses Christian Slaters acting. The attention to detail is great and the show always keeps you guessing, as to whether what is being shown or told by the narrator is actually true or a figment of Eliots imagination

Jul 15, 2019in second season the rhythm is so slow, the pace isn't pleasant, the storyline is ok though.

Jan 5, 2019For me, it continues with the spirit of the first season but it does not reach it in quality.

Jul 25, 2018Nothing like season 1, which is 10/10. It was confusing, like at all. To many fillers, too little actually happening. It just like they made something they invented it during the shooting process. I will admit that I skipped many scenes, because it was simply boring. Music and sounds - also disappointing.

Jul 5, 2018This season chokes on its own cleverness. It's hard to say if anything really happens other than the director yanking the blindfold away to yell "surprise!!" This season makes somewhat more sense as it sets up season 3, but seriously? Not much happens this season.

Apr 9, 2018Not nearly as strong as the first, but still great. There seem to be a few confusing plot points and it's not nearly as exciting or interesting as the first, but good additions (characters), thought-provoking plot twists, and all around great television keep this interesting.

Oct 23, 2017Started to get a headache a couple of episodes in. Took me a while to realize why. This show is not complicated or deep, it's monotonous and self-important.

Oct 26, 2016Unique series. Too much gratuitous sex, but even after deducting for that, this series is still a 10. Fantastic writing. Fantastic acting. Angela couldn't be creepier; Darlene is hilareous and a bad ass; Elliot is fascinating at all levels. Did I mention the writing was AWESOME -- story telling like never before.

Sep 26, 2016While Mr. Robot stumbles with its 1st and 3rd acts, it doesn't matter when the show is still intriguing and the performances are still top notch. But the last episode is truly confusingly cliffhangery.

Sep 9, 2016I thought season 1 was really quite good, definitely above avgerage. Especially considering its a mainstream american series (vast majority are **** imo), it was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Season 2 is way better imo, and probably lands at my no. 1 all time season of television. I think true detective season 1 got de-throned.

Sep 8, 2016This show is getting even better each episode!
As a tech guy, I love how accurate Mr. Robot is! As a fan of fine TV series, I love how great Mr. Robot is written, played and directed. Actings are Emmy worthy, the story is astonishingly engaging and the directing is among the best in recent years!
I highly recommend this show to any movie and TV fans and it is a must see for techies and geeks! -

Sam Esmail’s weirdly mesmerizing cyberthriller continues to pull off an audacious feat of boldly original, eerily relevant and daringly surreal storytelling, reminiscent of the visionary cinema of the 1970s. [25 Jul-7 Aug 2016, p.14]

Mr. Robot may be self-serious, but it’s also a rarity on TV, capturing a modern mood, an ambient distrust based on genuine social betrayals. For all its flaws, it feels like an alarm going off. It’s worth paying attention to.

Mr. Robot continues to use its distinct aesthetic to explore some of the fundamental tensions at the heart of what made both politicians’ campaigns so popular.
