    This is probably my favorite new show of the season. It was a refreshing surprise...especially after reading the preseason reviews. I didn't expect much and was blown away.

    I am most certainly IN LOVE with this show, I myself don't have any complaints, except for the first two episodes where the driving scenes literally made me cringe. But in the third, the scene was great, real and I loved it.     I think Moonlight is great. Fun, entertaining thriller/drama show that throws some nice humor in the mix too. And the lead actor is sexy. That never hurts.

    Enjoying this show immensely! Love the characters, the story ideas and love the fact that we didn't have to wait 2 years for Beth to find out the BIG secret. Special applause to Alex O'Loughlin for making vampirism so darned SEXY!!

    This is a fantastic show - it's the television equivalent of eating chocolate-chip cookies in a soothing bubble bath on Friday night. I think when the workweek ends we all need a little vampire romance to relax to, and this one is great!

    Thank goodness we don't take much note of critics as Titanic was given thumbs down and now is a classic. I am just a regular person who really enjoys Moonlight. I don't know all the intricate details that you are all fussed on... it just grabs me at my core and I am off for a fun ride every friday night at 9pm on CBS!

    I love this show! I think the non-dragging out of the whole 'revealing' helped, sometimes when shows like this drag it out forever and ever you just end up screaming, bloody mad at your television for the characters to figure it out already. I think there is plenty of potential for this show to grow if people will just stop throwing it down. The writing is getting better, I I love this show!     I love this show!!! Obviously some of the critcs have no clue what people want to watch. These are the same freaks who ooooh and ahhh over shit reality shows. Some of the male "critcs" who say the leads have no chemistry or don't like Alex O'Loughlin's looks are totally jealous. They only WISH they were as hot as him!! Same with Sophia! She is beautiful and they BURN UP THE I love this show!!! Obviously some of the critcs have no clue what people want to watch. These are the same freaks who ooooh and ahhh over shit reality shows.     I can't belive the bad reviews it's getting! I LOVE the show. Alex is a superb actor and delivers his lines(both sarcastic and serious) wonderfully. Sophia...brilliant. I'm incredibly intrigued by thier chemistry every week and pray the show makes it to a full season. ROCK ON MOONLIGHT!!

    The show revolves around one actor, Alex O'Loughlin. He alone makes this show worth watching. He's a fresh new face and he's fascinating to watch.

    Great characters, sizzling chemistry, witty dialogue, exciting action stunts, and amazing acting by some of the hottest actors ever...what more could you ask for in a show? Moonlight is the best show of the season! Actually, it's the best show in many seasons. I was hooked for life after only 10 minutes. Why can't every day be Friday?

    I lik this show. I think Alex O. brings humanity and soulfulness to the character. I think the chemistry between his character and Beth is fantastic. If you want reality...there is plenty of scripted "reality" for you and you don't even have to worry about the writer's strike.

    Critics..ha! These are the same people that give bad reviews to great blockbuster movies! Moonlight is fresh and modern with none of the campy drama of prior vampire shows.

    Sure.. the acting is a bit off at times, and sometimes you just gotta enjoy it for enjoyment's sake.. but this is a very enjoyable show that should be given a chance to continue. Please don't just give it a quick judgement and tell everyone it stinks. It has promise. :)

    i am a big fan of angel and buffy and even blood ties. But Moonlight is a different approach, it kind of makes it seem possible for vampires to be among us. The acting is great, mich and beth have GREAT chemistry. The writing is GREAT, it keeps you interested and yet as time goes on it does answer alot of questions. I was hooked from the first minute.

And Alex O'Louglin is hot. Why is it they can make 15 different CSI and Law & Orders and no one says anything but every vampire show gets compared to Angel.     I don't even want to know what the "Critics" have to say about this incredibly put together show. I love the acting, I love the vamps (right down to sleeping in a freezer, that's original,) and I love the story. I have to wait until I get home around Midnight to watch it via the web but I watch it every week (this is one of only a very small handful of shows I can say that I don't even want to know what the "Critics" have to say about this incredibly put together show.     Moonlight has terrific potential. The only problem episode so far has been #3 LAME... The first 2 were terrific!!!!! Alex, Sophia, Kevin,Brian and Jacob are great . They give solid performances. The others could be better particularly some of the guests.

    Well, we have to respect the opinionated and experienced "critics", most of them had a -not-so-good- reviews on the gorgeous casts of the tvshow Moonlight, I'm just an ordinary viewer, but Friday nights will never be the same again, I tell you. I love this MICK and BETH theme up.

    Love this show!! A Friday night guilty pleasure! Great cast. Great premise. Not disappointed in the early reveal. The CSI genre is worn out - over done. Took a look at its much ballyhooed competitor and was very disappointed. To each his own. Thank goodness I taped Moonlight which has yet to disappoint me. CBS, give it a chance!

    I am already so obsessed with this show Moonlight I can't stand it. I live now waiting from an episode to an episode. The best freaking show ever. I go through at least 7 different emotions when I am watching. I am just crazy about this show. and I personally don't care about what the critics say. the general public has spoken. In reality, most vampire series have short lifetimes, unlike their characters, but I'm very pleased to have Moonlight on CBS and Blood ties on Lifetime this fall. My only problem with the mythos of the Moonlight series is I have to agree with a previous poster. I'm glad there are vampires on tv this season. Vampire fiction is a timeless genre and it's my very favorite. In reality, most vampire series have short lifetimes, unlike their characters, but I'm very pleased to have Moonlight on CBS and Blood ties on Lifetime this fall.     Love this show. I love the interaction and star crossed romance between "Mick" & "Beth". These actors have really made me feel it. I love that Mick is quietly beautiful, has integrity and sensitivity while Beth has ambition, assertiveness as well as being totally feminine. I miss the show when it's not on. But, the success of the show will depend on the shows writers. Ann Rice and Stephanie Meyers have written excellent books about the Vampire/Human relationships. Plus, movies like Underworld, and Underworld I am (very) old enough to remember the Dark Shadows TV series many years ago. It became a classic.     The dialogue is often painfully bad, with characters voicing their internal conflicts verbatim. But Alex O'Louglin is a handsome man and the vampire genre is such fun to watch that all its flaws are easily overlooked. Great Friday night fluff.

    The actors are hot, especially Mick's character. I like how this show deals with what is frequently a scary topic without being a horror show. The stories are fun and the chemistry between the leads is awesome. I've noticed that the critics don't love it. It's a shame to be so out of touch with what the viewers obviously can't get enough of.

Mick St. John shines as an untrusting but gentle vampire PI, and Beth could not be better as an internet reporter who is smitten with him. Josef adds the guidance to the fairly young (85 year old) Mick...their friendship is a typical relationship. It has suspense, action, romance, angst, interesting relationships building among the main characters, thrilling surprises, humor, and very attractive cast members. The vampire mythology is different from other vamp shows (the vamps are not harmed by garlic, crosses...and need extended exposure to sunlight to be destroyed I love this show.     I knew this show was going to be a hit the minute it was advertised. The charactors are great and I can understand why Beth has this crush on Mick. I haven't had a crush on a vampire since Barnabus Collins. Anybody remember Dark Shadows? I love this show and can't wait for the next episode!!!

    This is the vampire show I have been waiting for. So it has some similarities to Angel and Forever Knight, but those shows have gone off the air. I hope CBS gives it a chance.

    First episode was kind of weak, but I was drawn into the vampire theme. The 2nd episode was much more dramatic and exciting. I hope the rest of the episodes are more like this.

    The critics need to give this show another look! It is the best new show this season. The actors are top-notch and after the first few episodes, the show has really come together. Hope that it gets renewed for a full season to make up for being waylaid by the writers' strike.

    This show is a guilty pleasure. It's actually good though. The critics are just missing the fun. While not perfect, it's a VAST improvement over the 90's style vampire shows.

    This show is a combination of romance and action, I truly believe these critics are soley basing their opinions on other "vampire" shows, such as Buffy. It is a completely differnt angle from that show. Maybe if the critics actually gave the show a chance they might have a differnt opinion about it. Please don't judge a book by it's cover.

    I just recently caught up with this series and I find it very entertaining. The acting could be better and some of the plot lines could use some polishing, but overall, it's the entertainment value that keeps people coming back. Cool show.

    I love this show! The actors are great and the story arc are compelling. Hope it gets renewed. It has a lot of potential for more storylines and character frowth, the chemistry between Mick and Beth are is so real and sexy.

    I LOVE this show. omg i stay home with my friends every friday & watch it. amazing. micks voice actally gives me chills. hes really believable as a vampire because hes almost scary but *gorrrgeous*. these critics must be watching the wrong show.

    Congratulations on Moonlight winning the Peoples Choice Award for Best Drama. It is absolutely the best in this new season. It is campy, fun, clever and introspective not to mention the 3 great looking leads. A very enjoyable way to spend Friday nights (and watching a second time isn't hard on the eyes!)

    This is one of the best shows this season, but it wouldn't surprise me if they canceled it as they do all the really go shows. I think they poll the wealthy people who don't actually watch tv. Leave it to all of us redneck home bodies who actually watch good no great programming. If I had millions I would pay to have the series on my television!!

    Why do you want to get rid of all the better shows? I am so sick of realty shows, and shows full of violence. (They are the same shows over and over, with just different characters.) Ghost Whisperer and Moonlight are the perfect Friday night line-up. After a busy week at work, I so much look forward to coming home Friday and watching my shows in the evening. After a busy week at work, I so much look forward to coming home Friday and watching my shows in the evening. The both have a great cast and they are two of the better shows on T.V. I don't think the critic's reviews are the ones that matter, it's the viewers choice, which is presently far better than the critics. If these shows get canceled, I will literally be done with television. It's bad enough that Gilmore Girls and Charmed is gone. There is nothing else to watch, except maybe History or Discovery channels, and there is always the Weather Channel. We wonder why the world is like it is today. The sexual content, violence and horrible language on television is right in front of not only our faces, but our children's. Way too much negativity!!!!! I grew up with Little House on the Prairie and the Waltons, shows that teach good values and the sense of what is right and wrong. These are the types of shows that need to be available for the younger generation. But back to the show in question, please keep Moonlight on. Not only for your viewers, but for the cast that make it what it is. Thank you!!… Expand

    This show is great...it gets better with each episode...Love the whole Mick and Beth...relationship.

    How many excellent shows had rough start and then went on quite nicely. Come on guys, leaves us girls some fun. You had Jessica Alba in "Dark Angel", we want our "Moonlight"! :)

    Great show, the critics are idiots... If CBS cancels this show, then they're a bunch of old cronies that can't think out of the box.

    Ok, heres what it is. It doesn't try hard enough, like its written by a fresh-on-the-dock creator/director/whatever. But its fun to watch , so give it a try.

    This show is the best new show out there!!! And the Star of the show is one of the best looking men I have seen in a long time!!!

    This show is the only reason I watch CBS, besides CSI. But honestly, the story-line is interesting and wonderful! I adore this show!

    This is a great show with wonderful characters. Moonlight was a little slow in the plot and character development, but evolved nicely. This is a show with a lot of potential-if the networks will give it a chance!

    Definitely better than angel or buffy, boths those shows were jokes in my opinion. the actors do good, the lines arent cheesy, and theres no hilarious vampire face morph.

    [Mick and Beth's] across-the-decades bond, however, doesn't compensate for how pedestrian the initial story is -- playing like a conventional detective show, with Mick showcasing his otherworldly powers (strong, and very, very fast) only during a passable action sequence in the final act.

    The focus is on the dangerous and forbidden relationship between Mick and Beth and his efforts to keep his past a secret. Whether there's enough material there to knit together a series remains to be seen.
