Summary: Deputy Premier Kamirov is keeping his Premier "alive" by substituting a double, "Gemini". Kamirov plans to force Gemini as Premier to announce his retirement and name Kamirov his successor. Kamirov will then kill Gemini and ally with the Iron Curtain against the U.S. The IMF hope to get Minister Massick appointed.
