    Yeah man, I just don't know how well Misfits holds up really. I think when I first watched I had much less of a frame of reference for how good TV could be. With this in mind, I can't help but notice the soap opera acting, the plot contrivances and pacing issues. They all kinda stack up to make a product that honestly just isn't that good.

    It deserves its place in the TV lexicon for being    Yeah man, I just don't know how well Misfits holds up really. With this in mind, I can't help but notice the soap opera acting, the plot contrivances and pacing issues. They all kinda stack up to make a product that honestly just isn't that good.

    It deserves its place in the TV lexicon for being innovate in its portrayal of superpowers but yeah, there's a number of recent shows that just execute the gambit better (Watchmen, The Boys, Umbrella Academy) and, in comparison to those, I just don't enjoy Misfits the same way.    … Expand
