This is the second best season of Misfits. In my opinion, Rudy is not as good as Nathan, but he still is a great character, and one of the best. I especially enjoyed the zombie cheerleader episode.

If you have watched the first two seasons up until this point than you have experienced the best that misfits has to offer. This season does nothing to bring new elements to the story. It becomes the same old thing. Where there are still doing community service, with no progression of the story other than the disappointing elimination of a couple main characters, killing more probation officers, and new superpowers with no creativity. This season is utter garbage. On top of the lack of creativity, One of the best main characters disappeared from the show. The new addition is okay, but he is not as good as Nathan ever was. There are a couple great moments in this season, but they all felt like they should've explored those elements in past seasons. Watch it if you want. It is a disappointment and i hope i have convinced you not waste your time as this season only ruins the series. Expand

Two major changes took place at the end of season two. Although there hasn't exactly been a shortage of superhero shows on TV in recent times Misfits continues to do things its own way by telling its own unique stories whilst retaining the series trademark dark humour. In fact, thanks to the removal of Curtis' ability to rewind time, season three is arguably the strongest yet despite the loss of many viewers favourite character.

Another great season of a great show! I think Season 2 had the upper hand but this has been a good follow-up with some very creative ideas for episodes. Nathan is no more but has been replaced by an equally as funny character in Rudy, but everyone else is back of course. Can't wait for the next series!

The gain of Rudy and the loss of Nathan really didn't add anything to this season. The ending was probably the strongest of the first three series however it was a mission to get there.

The season begins with the crippling blow of Robert Sheehan (who played the best character, Nathan and who often gave the show some much-needed humour) leaving the show and never really recovers, stumbling along adequately but never really finding its footing, unfortunately. Regardless, Misfits' third season is a sufficiently made, enjoyable slice of science fiction comedy-drama which is always great fun to watch, albeit Joe Gilgun can't fill Sheehan's size 55 shoes and that Hitler episode was so **** stupid. The finale is the best out of the three until the final moments, where stuff happens and we say goodbye to Kelly (the lovable Lauren Socha), Iwan Rheon's Simon (btw, he also sucks in Vicious) and Alisha, a slutty party girl with a heart of gold (Antonia Thomas), which is too much to take. I can't watch it anymore. I may watch a compilation of Nathan's best moments on YouTube to make me feel better, however. Expand

Yeah man, I just don't know how well Misfits holds up really. I think when I first watched I had much less of a frame of reference for how good TV could be. With this in mind, I can't help but notice the soap opera acting, the plot contrivances and pacing issues. They all kinda stack up to make a product that honestly just isn't that good.

It deserves its place in the TV lexicon for being

It deserves its place in the TV lexicon for being innovate in its portrayal of superpowers but yeah, there's a number of recent shows that just execute the gambit better (Watchmen, The Boys, Umbrella Academy) and, in comparison to those, I just don't enjoy Misfits the same way.
