    Oof, talk about aging badly. There were so many times this season were I felt like I was just constantly giving the show the side-eye. Not to mention, I feel like trying to make it into more of a drama exposes the flaws in the writing a bit more. I find that I'm much more likely to forgive/ignore plot contrivances when the tone of the show is lighter. However I feel that, by comparison toOof, talk about aging badly. There were so many times this season were I felt like I was just constantly giving the show the side-eye. Not to mention, I feel like trying to make it into more of a drama exposes the flaws in the writing a bit more. I find that I'm much more likely to forgive/ignore plot contrivances when the tone of the show is lighter. However I feel that, by comparison to S1, this season wanted to chase that drama high and it made it MUCH harder to ignore all the sloppy writing.

    I probably will watch S3 as I really enjoy the natural charisma of the cast but yeah, I probably wouldn't really recommend it nowadays - it's a show that 100% is of its time.    … Expand
