The third and last season is very good. Not as good as the first one, but fairly close. It captivated me from the beginning until the end. I wasn't bored one second. Great villain, great story and great twists.

Season 3 of Jessica Jones is well shot but the story lacks a lot of what the show used to have, intrigue. The first season was so well written and acted that Season 2 really paled in comparison. Season 3 attempts to reclaim some of the old magic with a new villain, but like most of the Marvel Netflix series, it lacks a level of focus, and really reaches to stretch the plot over 13 episodes.

Definitely no "zip". Too much of the season was focused on "Trish" who in my opinion is a very poor actress. I thought there might be a little bit of excitement in an episode when Luke Cage showed up.

Weakest season so far. Though by no means bad, it was just... too realistic, I guess, too much like real life in how much it focused on mostly-humans struggling with their sense of morality or moral identity. I don't watch TV series and movies to see something that's quite that similar to real life, I need it to be substantially different, that's why I go for sci-fi and fantasyWeakest season so far. I don't watch TV series and movies to see something that's quite that similar to real life, I need it to be substantially different, that's why I go for sci-fi and fantasy (superheroes included). And I did like how the superpowers were not so overly present and flashy and always in your face in previous seasons, but somehow this time it felt like they were really reduced to just an accessory to the main plot or main conflict. And this made it no longer a superhero show - that was the line right there, and they crossed it. Expand

I think I am on the last few episodes. I am writing this review because I am bored. It is on in the background but cant hold my attention for long. The plot is supposed to be about this really intelligent villain but he hasn't been in it for a long time and instead they keep focusing on this blonde sister of Jessica played by a rather poor actress and these old frumpy lesbians who are not particularly in love. There is also this guy who gets headaches when he meets a criminal who is rather dull. Most of the TV show focuses on side characters and their uninteresting lives, having affairs or not getting on with family members, that kind of thing. Expand

What ever happened to Jessica Jones season 1? It's like they hired writers from middle school to write season 2 & 3. Season 1 was brilliant with its writing, characters, story, and its pacing. Season 3 had none of that. In the first season there was focus on one antagonist, while season 3 over here is all over the place with its focus and pacing.
Seasons 3 antagonist(s) aren't made clear until a few episodes in. And then at the end of the seasons they just have to make Trish into a "bad guy". Now remember kids it's okay when Jessica kills the antagonist in season 1 and everyone calls her a hero but when Trish does it it makes her the "villain" and we're supposed to root for Jessica?? Like i said, middle schooler writers.
The story just doesn't make sense. They rushed the Trish turning into the "bad guy" but it was so fast and out of place that it made me want to root for Trish.

p.s. Jessica can travel several miles in just minutes while on the phone with Hogarth.

This was by far Marvels biggest waste of time on Netflix. Boring storyline, boring characters and I can't get rid of the feeling, that the writers were just runnin' out of ideas, how to end that season for good.

it’s just an awesome season as always with Jessica Jones. Don’t know why the critics are being so harsh on my gurl, I genuinely enjoyed every bit of this season!

Keeps up the good qualities of the previous two seasons. Suspenseful, though there is some space for a breather that isn't boring.

Season 3 is bad. Full of identity politics. Boring storylines and wooden acting. Krysten and Carrie were great. Saw the ending coming a mile off from episode 1 onwards. Very disappointed.

A much better third season than Daredevil. I loved the closure of the character arcs especially Trish and Jessica. I really think that the show show had more stories to tell but with these three seasons, the show did them very well and really did go out on a high! Wish for a fourth season on Disney+

Bad storyline, after bad stroyline... This season has destroyed everything that the previous 2 built up. The huge contradiction of valuing human life is incredibly obnoxious and unsatisfying to watch.

After a strong first season, this show has really dropped the ball with it's follow up seasons. Á pretty dumb and frankly boring story with a lot plot holes. Poor final season

Volvió a reflotar, pero no tanto como la primera. Jessica está maravillosa, tiene subtramas muy chulas, pero está algo alargada de más. Un buen cierre para una buena serie.

Some episodes in series three feel very flabby, and there are some ridiculous plot holes. ... Even so, it’s wildly enjoyable, and a relief to see that after a slow series two, Jessica Jones has returned to form.

The true central storylines of the season are the same as those of the series as a whole: Jessica’s journey toward (and attempts to define) heroism, and her relationship with her sister. This season does the best job yet of making clear that Jessica’s willingness to see and acknowledge the gray areas in herself and in others is actually one of her greatest strengths.

Season 3 doesn’t provide any narrative closure for fans, nor does it show enough of a passion for telling this story to evoke any outrage over it ending.
