Marcel and his team take a Walk on the Wild Side by catering a safari dinner party for the Wildlife Waystation, an exotic animal rescue and rehabilitation refuge. They design and prepare a cocktail menu that includes an Edible Map, Bird's Eye Surprise, Snakes in the Grass, and Tiger's Breath. Marcel uses his quantum methods to substitute suitable edible map material for parchment, create a crispy snake "skin," and make liquid nitrogen appealing.
