The only other written fan review at the moment is some weirdo projecting his own internal psycho-garbage onto the show. I imagine a DoorChan troll who is still rambling about media and it’s “woke agenda”. Just have an original thought—and stop ‘review bombing’ everything. anyway the show has Danny DeVito and Aubrey Plaza (both actors who choose their projects thoughtfully). Crude and dumb, the show has potential for you if you’re a fan of any the big animated ADULTS shows (Simpson, Rick & Morty, Family/ South Park guy, etc) or the occult. Also Aubrey Plaza can do no wrong in my book (no matter how hard she tries). Expand

Minimal woke /anti male bs soo far. Strong original female characters. Gory and fun. So far soo good. Fingers crossed it keeps it smart and creative.

Even though FX gives the makers enough creative freedom in the graphics and script department it still feels to be holding back, like it's trying to be the next Adult Swim thing, but can't hit the mark. Ironically Adult Swim had a short lived series called Lucy, Daughter of the Devil (Lucy DeVito voices the Devil's Daughter in the current series), quite a few years ago from much of the Bob's Burgers team, that covers the same territory. The cast is up to the task. Audrey Plaza is on a roll lately, and Danny DeVito is Danny DeVito, but I'll take a so-so episode of Archer over this, for now, at least. Expand

The potential is there. When it fully grows up, Little Demon will unleash hell.

Little Demon makes sure to root most of its humor in character and situation instead of gags. Sure, there are plenty of gags, but we just love the idea of a seemingly relatable story being layered over by ridiculous circumstances.

By the end of the episode, Little Demon has earned the half-sincere, half-ironic ’80s synth-pop needle drop that closes out their adventure. Little Demon has everything it needs to be a winner. It just has to find its own path to joining them all together.
