    Great and funny show. Many well constructed characters. A few secrets. Good actors in interesting situations.

    me and my friends are so bored. Nothing compare to the Originals and VD. This is a bum serial.

    Slow start, and uninteresting. This show has a long way to go in order to inherit anything from its predecessors. Two episodes I am done. I will wait to see if anyone likes it after more have aired. Otherwise not wasting my time or letting it taint my love of Vampire Diaries and The Originals (which was brilliant throughout).

    Love the fact there is a new spinoff to the vampire diaries and the originals.
    trailer was geat so i guess the pilot will be great to

    I think this series does well by The Vampire Diaries. It was hard at first because I missed The Originals (and wasnt happy about how it ended), but this show is all its own while still giving fans an Easter egg here and there. It has only been better as time as gone by and each episode is better than the next

    Pretty good show. I only watched half of VD and a few episodes of Originals, this show definitely stands on it's own while at the same time referencing the others. I like that they didn't stick with the same supernaturals, and how they included other beings and had a decent explanation of how they can exist without being in the other shows. Also has x-men vibes obviously with the schoolPretty good show. The "tone" (i guess?) is a lot brighter / funner and it also helps that it doesn't revolve around the same characters every episode (so far, review in season 1). I recommend even if you didn't watch the other shows.… Expand

    I gave up on TVD about a season and a half before it ended and dumped The Originals after about two seasons. Every episode started to feel the same. Overstuffed story lines made viewing tedious. The mythology became near impossible to keep track of every time they retconned something.

    Legacies feels fresh but benefits from the deep mythology already in place. I don't know if it's just the story of the season or something that they can sustain, but I'm on board and enjoying it.

    Oh, and of course it's the CW, so your usual left-wing buzzwords and virtue signaling are present, but not toxically so like the DC Berlanti-verse series.

    love the legacies tv show hope it has more season i finish the whole season 1 in one day please bring me more seasons best show just like the vampire diaries wish they would had continued with more season it was so sad that Stefan had to die

    Legacies establishes its world fast. This is a supernatural “Riverdale” — which might be redundant, given the direction of that show this season. But after two series, the magic is thin and your interest may wane like the moonlight.

    It's slickly produced, but it all comes back to a formula that CW has mined a few times too many, where raging teen hormones are further complicated by extraordinary abilities. Granted, vampires are undead, but it might be time for them to at least take a bit of a rest.
