Summary: The USS Colorado refuses orders to fire nuclear missiles at Pakistan and its Captain, Marcus Chaplin (Andre Braugher) is relieved of duty. A number of circumstances causes the acting captain, Lt. Commander Sam Kendal (Scott Speedman) to command the submarine to take refuge at the island nation of Sainte Marina until they can prove they were set up.
