While his antics hew closely to his story lines on Summer [Heights High], Lilley continues to find fresh humor, serving up the kinds of eye-rolling laughs and one-liners you'll be quoting for weeks.

A range of civil rights groups have petitioned HBO to get the show pulled. Sets minority representation in tv back decades. Dismal ratings have shown even the target audience doesn't think it's funny. Full Review »

It's probably targeted directly at the Beavis and Butthead demographic which I have certainly been a member of the course of the last 20 years or so. However Chris Lilly's schtick can and probably will wear a little fan over the course of the season. His other show about the Australian girls school was even more disturbing because he was in drag. Not the being in drag is a bad thing in general, but seeing him do it was a little bit over-the-top. Full Review »
