Summary: Johnny agrees to go to summer camp because he thinks he will get to do a variety of things he can't do in Porkbelly. However, a group of snobby rick kids threaten to ruin Johnny's good time. In order to prove to the rich kids that he is just as good as they are, Johnny recruits a team of friends to help him beat the rich kids in a boating contest.
