Summary:
The brothers discover that their upcoming concert in the park will be the last concert at the park -- it's being destroyed to make way for a parking lot. But when Michael finds two nearly extinct birds roosting on eggs in a tree, the brothers try to make the owner, Mr. Barney Hoozis, alter his plans.
