Summary: Week 14 has concluded, and the Houston Oilers are trying to keep pace with the Cincinnati Bengals, and did so this week by defeating the Cleveland Browns 17-13. Also this week, Dallas just about took control of the NFC East by defeating the Baltimore Colts 37-13, while the Eagles lost to division rival Washington 15-13. With Dallas now one more victory away from winning the NFC East, there is talk about them resting their starters for the remaining games of the season. Is this a good idea or not?
