Show was a nothing. Little plot, no action, no interesting fights, uninteresting characters, and not even good scenery. Really poor. You lost this viewer.

When we don't even sit through an entire episode, you know we hated something, because usually we try to allow shows to find their rhythm. But this one's tone-deaf and flat-footed, and life's too short to watch execrable TV, even for Mary McCormack, whom I loved in "Broken Hearts Club".

Mary McCormack is drowning in this show! Her talent is wasted with the listless scripts, the very unfunny characters and the awful supporting cast. Put the show out of its misery.

Could like this show if I wasn't so focused on her top lip heading North. Baaadddd boxtox job. She looks ridiculous. Take away the upper lip and the strained smile the script aint too bad

In Plain Sight is another attempt at mixing the jokey and the serious within a loose procedural format. But Sight’s writing is distressingly predictable, and McCormack’s character is the least interesting thing about the show.
  2. Apart from its New Mexico setting and its witness protection angle, little stands out here. Stories are less than suspenseful and characters are mainly two-dimensional.
  3. In Plain Sight is a definite for any summer TV To-Watch list; don't cross it off until you've seen at least one.
