Ep 1: First impressions are everything, and believe me, Housebroken fails in nearly every category imaginable.

From awful humor that feels like it’s written by out of touch millennials to inconsistent and-in-your face characters, pathetic pop culture inserts and a plot that goes nowhere, this first episode does not leave a good impression. Obviously, animated series more often than not begin ruff, but the future does not look bright in this instance.

For the love of god stop lewding the dogs, it’s not even good. 2/10… Expand

Given that the cast is STACKED with comedy heavyweights, you kind of have to blame the writing for the fact that this show is so mercilessly unfunny and dull. It's over 50% unsuccessful potty humor and 100% low-effort garbage. The plotting is plodding, the character work is so thin that the words "character" and "work" should maybe never be used in relation to the show.
