Very mixed feelings about this show.

It is an interesting concept, and the story line is interesting enough (a little slow moving though). After an entire season I feel like I don't know much about the characters or their backgrounds. The thing I really dislike is Chloe Sevigny's acting. The accent alone is very poorly done and she slips out of it all the time. I'm not an expert on

Also, they use foley sound effects for the fights. Seems really out of place in such a serious drama.

Hit & Miss has so many ups and downs that it cannot dodge the critical judgment any hack might deliver by quoting its title.

It's an incredibly poignant look at Mia and her new family, and Sevigny is outstanding.

Every performance here is good--the young actors are remarkable--and though the script sometimes goes just where you would expect it to, the characters seem authentically unpredictable.
