A satisfying way to wrap up that tale of Stephen Merchant's "Stuart." The humor is on point and it is all very sweet. The show's humor was painfully funny. It literally hurt at times to watch the main character act so awkward and occasionally obnoxious. Here the jokes are a little more fine tuned. Stuart comes off as more goofily clueless rather than super out of place. It makes for anA satisfying way to wrap up that tale of Stephen Merchant's "Stuart." Cringe humor - if you enjoy cringing, you will love this show. Socially awkward situations played out skillfully. I found the show very funny. Can be frustrating to watch, maybe not the best for binge watching.

This time around Stuart has a vulnerability that makes him a lot more enjoyable to watch, even if the steps he makes toward maturity and genuine love feel a bit rushed in this home stretch.

Thankfully, it gets a deeply satisfying last hurrah here.

Merchant and Woods manage to make it work, to a degree, through a combination of likability and vulnerability.
