It's such a tepid effort it's almost a shame to waste harsh adjectives on it.
-
A reality show that makes a good point about not judging books by their cover (or their own reality shows), though it is artificial and thin and smeared with the dubious glitter of minor celebrity.
-
H8R feels contrived whether there's a happy ending or not, so there's not much point in watching except perhaps for the initial confrontation between the hater and the object of his/her scorn if that's the kind of uncomfortable drama you crave.
-
Ostensibly an anti-bullying effort for the TMZ era, it makes the celebrities look like giant babies.
-
In the end, it doesn't feel much more enduring than a tweet.
-
Not buying it. Not watching it. Feel free to hate H8R, and should they come knocking, don't let them in. No one needs to be on TV this badly.
-
Mario Lopez, my name is Daniel Fienberg and your show sucks.
