An excellent horror anthology that gets progressively better with each episode. Not a bad one amongst them.

Can't wait for season 2! Del Toro gets some of the most talented horror genre directors and creates remarkable series.

In fact, one episode, Pickman's Model, was produced for the '70s network series. Del Toro has compiled an interesting array of directors and Netflix has given the bucks to produce beautifully realized mini-movies. Just like any anthology, including the aforementioned TZ, Shudder's Creepshow, and say, the continuing VHS series of films, not every episode will be to one's liking. But there are definite gems to be enjoyed. Expand

The stories, whether I liked them or not, were still captivating and beautifully shot and acted in. They gave me a sense of nostalgia and reminded me of how much I love Papa del Toro and his work, even if his only influence is producing. Each director nailed del Toro's essence in each story and I'm excited for a second season if it's being considered! Expand
